Q1. Does Bizz360 Insight need to be downloaded and installed onto my computer?

Answer: Bizz360 Insight sits in the cloud, so you don't have to "install it" on your computer to be able to use it. All you need is a computer or a tablet that has a internet enabled web browser and you can use Bizz360.

Q2. Are there any long term contracts or re-occuring payments?

Answer: Bizz360 Insight requires no long term contracts.All subscription are on a "pay as you go" basis. Just choose the period that you wish to sign up for, using our easy to use online Shopping Cart.

Q3. What types of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept most popular kinds of Credit Cards, Purchase Cards or Debit Cards via a secure online shopping cart.

Q4. I want to renew my Bizz360 Insight subscription, what should I do?

Q5. How long does it take Bizz360 Insight to analyze and display the results of a Business Diagnostic or a Customer Satisfaction Survey?

Answer: The Bizz360 Insight system takes only a few moments to do the analysis and to send you a link to your results.

Q6. Can I stop and then restart an existing Bizz360 Customer Satisfaction Survey, without loosing my answers?

Answer: Yes. You can restart a Bizz360 Customer Satisfaction Survey at a later time, however you must use the same computer or tablet and the same browser that you used when you first accessed the Bizz360 system. You will need to restart the Customer Satisfaction Survey within 60 days of you first accessing the system. After that time, your previous answers will no longer be stored in the Bizz360 system.

Q7. Where can I see the results of a Bizz360 Insight Survey?

Answer: You can view your result at any time, by logging into the Bizz360 application (your account must still be active to view your results)

Q8. Can I save my Bizz360 Insight results?

Answer: Yes you can save your results as a PDF file so you can print them or refer to them later.

Q9. I am a University or college student. Do you have special deals for students?

Q10. Is my data and the E-mail address of my respondents safe and secure?

Answer: Yes, your information and your results are completely secure. Unlike some "free" Online Survey Tools, Bizz360 Insight does not resell your information or the contact details of your respondents.

Q13. At the end of the free trial period, what happens to my data?

Answer: If you subscribe to Bizz360 Insight before the end of the free trial date, then you can continue to use Bizz360 Insight and will be able to view your results without any interruption or restriction. Otherwise, your user name will be disabled and your data will be no longer be available.

Q14. What happens if I cancel my account?

Answer: Cancelling your account will stop any future billing renewals and your account will then expire at the end of your currently paid up period. As with most SaaS ("Software-as-a-Service") platforms, when your account expires, your data will become inaccessible. Therefore we recommend that you download CSV files of your Customer Satisfaction Survey results, before you cancel your account.
