Bizz360 Insight is an online Customer Satisfaction Survey Tool. It has been created to enable any business or consultant to assess the Customer Satisfaction levels of any group of customers. Although sales or market share can indicate how well a firm is performing currently, Customer Satisfaction is perhaps the best indicator of how likely it is that the company's customers will make further purchases in the future, or will recommend that company to other customers.
Bizz360 Insight can be accessed 24/7 using any PC, Laptop, Smart Phone or Tablet device, that has internet access. Once online, Bizz360 Insight is accessed using a secure access code. A new access code is generated for each Bizz360 Customer Satisfaction Survey that you create.
You can decide which kinds of questions to use, when creating a new survey.

The Likert Scale is a bipolar scaling method, measuring either positive or negative response to a question or statement.
Bizz360 Insight includes a neutral middle option of "Neither agree nor disagree" in all of its diagnostic questions.
The neutral option allows a respondent who is unsure of a particular question to still provide an answer that question.
A 1987 study found negligible differences between the use of "undecided" and "neutral" as the middle option in a 5-point Likert Scale.
Example: How important is the location of the car dealership when you are looking for a new car?
A Scale Question is used for determining what amount of something is preferred by those who are answering your survey.
Example:
"How many would you be interested in buying?"
OR
"How many dollars would you pay for our product?"
The minimum and maximum figures define the range of options that can be chosen, and the interval sets how much the option changes.
For example If you had a minimum of $10, and a maximum of $100 plus an interval of 10, the possible choices in the question would be: $10, $20, $30, $40, $50, $60, $70, $80, $90 and $100
These questions are designed to split your respondents into broad groups, ready for further analysis.
Example: Are you looking to buy a new car in the next six months?
OR
Example: What is most important thing to you when you are shopping for a new car?
These questions are designed to determine the preferences of your individual respondents from a list that you provide.
Example: Please choose your favourite colour from this list:
These questions enable you to gather imprompt or direct feedback from your respondents:
Example: If you could add any high-tech feature to your next new car, what would it be?
Each question can also be "loaded" to give that particular question extra emphasis
After the Bizz360 Customer Satisfaction Survey has been completed,The results for each category of questions are analysed and then displayed, using easy to understand Info-graphics.
These results can also be printed as a PDF file for future reference.
